City of Gary and Notre Dame Present a New Vision and Action Plan for Downtown Gary

On August 16th, the City of Gary and the Notre Dame School of Architecture presented their new vision and action plan for Downtown Gary.  

The city hosted a series of interactive workshops in which citizens and local developers collaborated with Notre Dame’s team of architects and city planners to create a new, vibrant master plan for downtown Gary. All stakeholders were welcome to participate in this historic effort, whether they were a resident, business owner, or developer from any district or neighborhood.
