If you live next door to an empty lot/parcel owned by the City of Gary that also qualifies as a "side-lot", you may be eligible to acquire that lot!

  • Site Plan Review for Construction w/ City of Gary (50% Construction Design Documents)
  • Property Closing / Transfer (1 Week)
  • Revise Construction Documents to Incorporate City of Gary Feedback
  • Submission of Construction Documents for Building Permit
